Cancellation Policy
Free Consultation Policy Eligibility: The free consultation is available to new clients or businesses interested in digital services. Duration & Format: The consultation lasts 20–30 minutes and is conducted via Zoom, phone call, or in-person (if applicable). Scope of Discussion: The session is for understanding your business needs and discussing potential strategies. No detailed strategies, deliverables, or hands-on services will be provided during this call. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. A summary of discussed points and a proposal (if applicable) will be provided after the meeting. Further consultations or strategic planning may require a paid session. Confidentiality: All discussions remain confidential, and client information will not be shared.
